Papas Arrugadas with The Red Drizzler
The most traditional way to enjoy The Red Drizzler is with baby potatoes with ‘wrinkled skin’ as they call it in Spain!
Ingredients
1lb baby potatoes
Handful of rock salt
The Red Drizzler
Method
- Wash the baby potatoes, skin on. Boil them for 15 minutes in salted water.
- Once boiled, tip the water over (do not drain it) and then dry roast it with some more rock salt. Keep mixing it as it roasts with the salt, the abrasion will ‘wrinkle’ the skin of the baby potatoes.
- Serve warm or room temperature with The Red Drizzler drizzled on top, to your liking.
