The Mother Mix Mac ‘n’ Cheese

Looking for Thanksgiving sides ideas? This one will be the show stealer. We’re lovin’ this savory and tangy Mac and Cheese, with The Mother Mix. Elevate this classic crowd pleaser dish even further with little or no extra work. 

1lb pasta, boiled
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
3/4 cup milk
1 jar of The Mother Mix
1 1/2 cups Gruyere, grated
1/4 cup sharp Cheddar, grated

Breadcrumb Topping
1/4 breadcrumbs
1/8 cup sharp cheddar, grated
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon garlic powder
Salt, to taste

Heat the butter and add the flour. Whisk to remove all lumps.
Add the milk and mix to a smooth consistency. Add the jar of The Mother Mix and mix until well combined.
Mix in the boiled pasta and cheeses. Taste for seasoning and add salt if needed.
In a small bowl, mix the breadcrumb topping ingredients. Sprinkle over the pasta and broil until you have a crispy top!
Drizzle with The Red Drizzler for some heat.
