Chicken Tacos

Who doesn’t love Taco? Make this and you’ll thank me!

Ingredients

1lb chicken breasts

Taco rub

1 teaspoon Tajin or Chili Lime seasoning

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder

2 tablespoons, to cook the chicken

8 taco wraps

Avocado slices or guacamole

The Red Drizzler

Method

  1. Mix the Taco rub seasoning together in a large bowl. Wash and pat dry the chicken and coat with the rub.
  2. Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Grill the chicken until cooked through. Remove and let it rest for 3 minutes, Slice into slices.
  3. While the chicken cooks, warm the tortillas on a pan or wrap in foil and warm it in an oven.
  4. Layer the tortilla with sliced avocado or guacamole. Add the slices of chicken and drizzle The Red Drizzler as your salsa. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
