Chicken Tacos
Who doesn’t love Taco? Make this and you’ll thank me!
Ingredients
1lb chicken breasts
Taco rub
1 teaspoon Tajin or Chili Lime seasoning
1/2 teaspoon oregano
1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tablespoons, to cook the chicken
8 taco wraps
Avocado slices or guacamole
The Red Drizzler
Method
- Mix the Taco rub seasoning together in a large bowl. Wash and pat dry the chicken and coat with the rub.
- Heat the oil in a nonstick skillet. Grill the chicken until cooked through. Remove and let it rest for 3 minutes, Slice into slices.
- While the chicken cooks, warm the tortillas on a pan or wrap in foil and warm it in an oven.
- Layer the tortilla with sliced avocado or guacamole. Add the slices of chicken and drizzle The Red Drizzler as your salsa. Garnish with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
